GUITARIST - RECORDING ARTIST - PRODUCER

Over a period of 35 years and appearing on numerous albums in NZ and Australia including his own full length solo album, Robbie has maintained a steady flow of new music to push the boundaries on his instrument in the contemporary jazz and blues genre throughout his career.

Following the success of his 2018 'Good to Seeya' album release the Gold Coast based guitarist embarked on his solo career landing his first major gig at Blues on Broadbeach the following year.
Performing his own compositions and covers by his influencers George Benson , Robben Ford and Larry Carlton, Robbie has been gigging constantly to this day finding a niche market performing smooth jazz and blues contemporary music.
With current residencies at Treasury Casino Brisbane and Sandbar Surfers Paradise, boutique arts craft, and food markets to annual appearances at Blues on Broadbeach.
"Every time I perform my goal is to play and sound beautiful... let the music do the rest"

Robbie's next project will showcase a diverse mix of songs ranging from danceable, funk instrumental, sultry ballads, traditional jazz textures, rock, and of course gospel and the blues.
From the overwhelming response he's getting as he plays the new songs in at gigs he is greatly encouraged and very excited to head back into the recording studio.
"The songs are coming together at their own pace. For me, the idea comes, and then it's all about the arrangement. Which for me takes time. I have been playing them live and yeh...they're feeling really good.
I think Good to Seeya, which by the way is still getting air time, for an indy album, is a good vibe album start to finish. I put everything I had into that album man. Spiritually, emotionally, physically, and financially.  Now I'm gonna do it all again...ha ha. The working title is "Have You Not Heard? "
